How am I billed?
By usage only. We add up what you used and charge the card on file. Every rate is priced per 1,000 emails.
Is there a monthly fee or a fee per domain?
No. There is no monthly fee and no per-domain fee. You pay for the email you send and receive, and for the add-on if you turn it on.
What is the embeddings add-on?
An opt-in add-on that makes your email searchable by meaning. It is off by default and only billed once you turn it on. Received and sent messages are billed independently, $0.50 per 1,000 emails each.
Does the sending rate apply if I use my own email service provider account?
No. The sending rate applies only to a sending account we set up for you. If you connect your own email service provider account, you pay that provider for sending and we do not bill sending. Inbound processing, Agent Inbox and the embeddings add-on are billed as listed.
